NSSD Wards and Board of Trustees

The NSSD is governed by an elected Board of Trustees consisting of five members: President (Daniel M. Pierce), Vice-President (Stephen J. Drew), Treasurer (John R. Paxton), and two Trustees (James E. Swarthout and Effie Wroten). It is a separate and distinct public corporation, not part of any other governmental agency, with full powers to levy taxes and to enact necessary ordinances, rules, and regulations pertaining to wastewater treatment matters within its borders.
