PAYING YOUR WASTEWATER TREATMENT BILL IS NOW EASIER AND MORE CONVENIENT!

Ø You may pay by mail to North Shore Sanitary District, P.O.Box 2140, Bedford Park, IL 60499-2140. A pre-addressed return envelope is included in your bill for your convenience.

Ø You may pay in person at the District’s Administration Building, located on William Koepsel Drive in Gurnee. Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. A night box is available at the entrance to the office building for payments outside of regular office hours.

Ø You may also pay in person at an Authorized Payment Agent. Currently First Midwest Bank is the only Authorized Payment Agent. For branch locations and hours, please call First Midwest Bank at (847) 623-1250 or visit on-line at www.firstmidwest.com.

Ø You may use a credit card to pay on-line using the E-Pay Program sponsored by the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office. Visit www.illinoisepay.com and enter “North Shore Sanitary District” in the “Find Government Unit” box and check “Entity Name” under “Search By:” Proceed to follow the on-line instructions.

Please be advised that only those organizations and locations listed above are authorized to accept North Shore Sanitary District user charge payments and only payments made as listed above constitute payments made to the North Shore Sanitary District. Payments made to an organization not listed above are discouraged by the District and are made at the customer’s own risk.
